Jeremyville Outdoor Art Trail

Oct 16

Manly Wharf

Jeremyville is a New York–based contemporary artist, author, and the official art curator for Surf + Sound. Originally from Sydney, Australia, Jeremyville has built a practice that spans continents and mediums while remaining rooted in a singular philosophy: art as a vehicle for empathy, love, and connection. Jeremyville’s art explores universal ideas — love, community, and the shared human condition — through public murals, sculptures, multiples, and immersive installations. His works invite audiences to pause, reflect, and connect with one another, often transforming everyday spaces into moments of wonder and reflection.

Jeremyville’s work is in numerous private and public collections and has been exhibited at major institutions including the Cooper Hewitt Museum in Manhattan, the Brooklyn Museum, The Andy Warhol Museum, La Casa Encendida in Madrid, 798 Arts District in Beijing, the Madre Museum of Napoli, Bunkamura Gallery in Sibuya Tokyo, and the Museum of Art and Design in New York. Jeremyville has also been a prominent presence at leading global fairs such as Art Basel, Frieze, & Korean International Art Fair.

Working in collaboration with Arts-Matter, Jeremyville will transform Manly Wharf into a vibrant outdoor gallery. Designed to place contemporary art at the heart of the festival experience, the program brings large-scale sculpture, inflatables, installations and live artistic interventions into the public realm, creating opportunities for audiences to encounter art beyond traditional gallery walls. Free and accessible to the public, the artworks celebrate Australian creativity on an ambitious scale while creating new connections between artists, audiences and place.
